How do I place a cancellation request on UNLOKALE?

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch you can do it from MY ACCOUNT section in website or give us call or drop us an email, your order cancellation request will be fulfilled in next 24 hours of time. (If not dispatched).

If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request within 10 days of product delivered.

Why was my order cancelled by UNLOKALE?

We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons: If product is out of stock or is discontinued. Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.

How do I use my Store Credit?

Go to www.unlokale.com and select the items you want to purchase. Once you reach our payment page, entre your “Store Credit” in tab “Discount code” payment option. Enter your STORE CREDIT number and click on apply. The STORE CREDIT amount will be deducted from the payable amount. If the amount of your STORE CREDIT doesn’t cover your order amount, you will be prompted to select an additional payment option.

Does my Store Credit expire?

Validity of the store credit 6-months.

Can I modify my delivery address?

Yes, you can modify your delivery address. These changes are only possible, before placing an order.

Are there any hidden costs on items sold by UNLOKALE?

No, there are no extra charges other than those mentioned on the product page. Your total bill amount will be displayed at the time of payment, before you complete placing an order. You can pay through credit/debit card, net banking, or cash on delivery. In case you opt for cash on delivery, you have to pay only the amount mentioned on the invoice (received at the time of delivery).

How can I track my package?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email or sms to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email or sms to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as track code of your order. You can TRACK the status of your order from www.delhivery.com by entering the tracking code.

Can I exchange an item?

We do accept exchange in respect to the following conditions: The item must have been sold on our online store The item shouldn’t have been used in any way The exchange request is made within 10 days of delivery.
