Return Policy
Team UNLOKALE works efficiently to ensure that you get the best shopping experience with us. We thrive to make your purchase with us as satisfactory as possible, hence, if you are not happy with our product, or if you receive damaged goods, or if it doesn’t fit you, we will provide you a full refund for the return.
To make the return, mail us at info@unlokale.com with product details. Additionally, if pictures are attached along with it, it will make the refund process easier. The item should return to us within 10 days of the purchase date.
The refund will be transferred to your bank account with in 5 to 7 working days.
Please note that the cost of shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you.
The item which you are returning should be in its original condition with its tags and packaging intact. This item should not have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
Shipping Policy
1. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
2. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
3. We will ship your order with in minimum 5 days or maximum 8 days.
Sizing
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
Product Properties And Wash Care
All of UNLOKALE products are handcrafted. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products invoice crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect handloom by definition means uncertainly when it comes it uniformity.
Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.
