RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – UNLOKALE
At UNLOKALE, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if something isn’t right, we offer exchange or store credit options under the conditions mentioned below.
IMPORTANT POLICY NOTE
- We do not offer refunds on any orders.
- All approved returns will be processed in the form of a Store Credit (Credit Note).
- Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Exchange
You can request an exchange under the following conditions:
- You received an incorrect size or wrong product.
- The product has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect (images required).
- You are not satisfied with the fit/size or have ordered the wrong size.
Conditions:
- Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unworn, with all tags intact and in original packaging.
- Exchange will be processed only after the product passes quality check at our warehouse.
How to Request an Exchange
- Share the following details within 2 days of delivery:
- Order Number
- Delivery Address
- Reason for Exchange
- Product Images (if applicable)
Exchange Process
- Once the returned product is received and approved, the replacement item will be shipped.
- Delivery timeline: 5–7 working days (within India)

Exchange Charges
- A standard exchange fee of ₹150 will be applicable per request
- This covers reverse pickup + re-shipping cost
- In case of non-serviceable pin codes, customers must self-ship the product
CANCELLATION POLICY
UNLOKALE reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment verification issues
- Quality concerns
If a prepaid order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 15 working days. Any vouchers or credits used will be restored.
