RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – UNLOKALE

At UNLOKALE, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if something isn’t right, we offer exchange or store credit options under the conditions mentioned below.


IMPORTANT POLICY NOTE

  • We do not offer refunds on any orders.
  • All approved returns will be processed in the form of a Store Credit (Credit Note).
  • Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange under the following conditions:

  1. You received an incorrect size or wrong product.
  2. The product has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect (images required).
  3. You are not satisfied with the fit/size or have ordered the wrong size.

Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, with all tags intact and in original packaging.
  • Exchange will be processed only after the product passes quality check at our warehouse.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Share the following details within 2 days of delivery:
    • Order Number
    • Delivery Address
    • Reason for Exchange
    • Product Images (if applicable)

Exchange Process

  • Once the returned product is received and approved, the replacement item will be shipped.
  • Delivery timeline: 5–7 working days (within India)
  • Exchange Charges

    • A standard exchange fee of ₹150 will be applicable per request
    • This covers reverse pickup + re-shipping cost
    • In case of non-serviceable pin codes, customers must self-ship the product

CANCELLATION POLICY

UNLOKALE reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment verification issues
  • Quality concerns

If a prepaid order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 15 working days. Any vouchers or credits used will be restored.
